You probably share our belief that a large part of providing a great software product involves providing a great support service. We are committed to serving our subscribers promptly and professionally. A subscriber’s problem is our highest priority. If you speak to one of our subscribers, we expect they would tell you the same.

Ensuring a great experience for our subscribers.

We have a technical support team that you may reach by phone at 877-219-7353. These are friendly, knowledgeable people who are committed to resolving issues quickly and with minimal effort on your part.

But what if your issue is not technical?

What if you need best-practice advice more than technical know-how? We welcome these requests, and for these and anything else you may need from us, we dedicate a person that we call a Regional Director of Assessment Management to each subscriber. If you have a problem and don’t know where exactly to turn, this is your contact. If they can not solve your issue themselves, their job is to find the resource that can.
