What if you need best-practice advice more than technical know-how? We welcome these requests,
and for these and anything else you may need from us, we dedicate a person that we call a Regional
Director of Assessment Management to each subscriber. If you have a problem and don’t know where
exactly to turn, this is your contact. If they can not solve your issue themselves, their job is to
find the resource that can.
